If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.

The following terms are applicable for any services that you purchased with us.

 The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

 For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy: 

  • “Company” (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to CareerWiz (Business: Seema Mehta)

  • “Goods” refers to the items offered for sale on the Service.

  • “Orders” means a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

  • “Service” refers to the Website.

  • “Website” refers to CareerWiz, accessible from https://www.mycareerwiz.com (Business: Seema Mehta)

  • “You” means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable

 

Your Order Cancellation Rights

Any order once placed cannot be cancelled via the website. The cancellation and amount of refund, if any, shall be at the discretion of the Company upon receiving adequate justification or proof for refund from the user.

In case the service is not provided by CareerWiz on agreed time, either an alternate service schedule shall be discussed or full refund shall be offered.

 

In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

 

We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the cancellation request, provided the cancellation request was raised upto 48 hours prior to booked service schedule. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement. Please note that it will take a minimum of 3 working days and maximum 14 working days to process the refund.

Conditions for Refund

 

In order for the Goods or services to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The Goods or services were purchased in the last 90 days

  • The cancellation request was raised 48 hours prior to the booked schedule for service

  • The refund, if eligible, will be processed within 14 working days from the date of initiation 

 

We reserve the right to refuse refund of any service that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
